Alicia Butler (soprano)

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Alicia Butler first sang with the Memphis Vocal Arts Ensemble in 1994, and again in 1998, then moved to south Florida, where she sang with the Gold Coast Opera and the Broward Choral Society. Moving back to "God's Country" (Tennessee) in 2002, she immediately rejoined the group. Although she now lives in Madison, Mississippi, Alicia is still an active member of the ensemble. She also sings with the Jackson Choral Society, Mississippi Opera, and her church choir. Alicia stays busy as a church secretary and as a Mary Kay beauty consultant.
