Janice Dieter (alto)

Janice Dieter has been a member of the Memphis Vocal Arts Ensemble for about 10 years. Janice graduated from the University of Memphis in 1973 with a Music Education degree. While at the University of Memphis, she studied with Ronald Naldi and has sung with a variety of professional groups, including the Germantown Chorus, Memphis Vocal Arts Ensemble, Memphis Symphony Chorus and the Schola Cantorum. Janice was also cantor and soloist for St. Anne Catholic Church. Currently, she is a soloist and cantor for the Church of the Holy Spirit. Janice and her husband, Richard, have two children: Marianne, a psychology major at University of Memphis, and Rick, who works for Jim Keras Nissan.
